Dressage is for Everyone!

Meet Stephany Fish

"Good Training Doesn't Happen by Chance."

Stephany Fish has been riding since 1977, when she sat on her first pony and caught the "horse bug." She began hunter lessons shortly thereafter, joined Pony Club with her first horse (thanks mom and dad!), and took up eventing. It wasn't until her teenage years that she discovered the discipline that would become her lifelong passion–dressage.

At 18, Stephany began working as a working student for Michael Poulin, entered the world of competitive dressage, and had the opportunity to learn alongside professionals like Michael and Sharon Poulin, Carol Lavell, Michael Barisone, and Graf George.

After a variety of careers in the equine field, Stephany pinched her pennies and was accepted to the International Academy of Equestrian Studies in Warendorf Germany. She graduated with her National Trainer Certificate and returned to America in 2002.

Stephany now owns Serendipity Dressage in Jupiter, Florida. She has competed extensively, earned her Bronze and Silver USDF Medals, and placed in numerous national and regional dressage competitions. As an enthusiastic lifelong learner, she works with trainers like Heather Bender, Heather Blitz, Mary Wanless, and Henk van Bergen–then pours everything she has learned back into her students.
